The tent was very cool. It had split air conditioning units inside. The beach nearby offered a relaxing sound. The combination of cooling in the pool, enjoying the beach and sea, and going out on trips worked well.
The shared bathrooms were outdated. I found them quite minimal. Everything seemed rather old, noticeable in the tent, furniture, and towels. Cleaning was only done upon request.

the location was acceptable, providing beach front access.
The bathroom flooded each time someone took a shower. This was not ideal. tap water was brown one day, it smelled bad. our tent received no cleaning for four nights.

The staff addressed requests quickly. I felt very supported! the beach was just a few minutes away. i appreciated the timed transportation that the facility offered. It was quite comfortable.
The light from the walking paths was super bright at night. It was hard to sleep in the tent.

The location was great. The tent (it was a Tent Sea View) was near the beach and pool. Maybe 50 steps to the beach and 100 steps to the pool. The sound of rain on the tent's tarps was very relaxing and helped me sleep at night. The restaurant had huge meal portions. Sharing food was a must.
The shared bathrooms were a bit outdated.

the pool was fine. the pool bar staff was excellent, they made sure i knew about happy hour. the complimentary drinks were a nice touch (i really enjoyed them). the shared transfer was quick and efficient.
the step up to the tent was very steep. i found it quite challenging. there were not enough washrooms and they were too far away. there were no hand towels available anywhere at all.
